Step 1: Your contacts are loaded below. Each one has a tier (A = top priority, B = warm, C = new).
Step 2: Press the green "Start Outreach" button. The system sends personalized emails to each contact, spaced out so it looks natural.
Step 3: When someone replies, the system reads their response and figures out what they want:
- They say yes — auto-books a meeting on your calendar and sends them a confirmation
- They want a different time — flags it for you in the feed
- They say no — marks them as declined, stops emailing them
Step 4: Press "Stop & Park" anytime. Everything saves. Nobody gets forgotten. When you press Start again, it picks up right where you left off.
Step 5: "Check Responses" scans your inbox right now. It also runs automatically every 5 minutes in the background.
Step 6: "Import CSV" lets you load a new list. Just needs columns: name, company, tier, email.
Step 7: "Reset" clears everything back to zero. Your contact history is still saved — you'd just be starting fresh outreach.
